 In order to maintain the integrity of our services and uphold the standards we strive for at Brooklyn's Hair Salon in High Wycombe, we kindly request your attention to our salon policies.

Re-do Policy

Didn't get the look you wanted? If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your hair, we want to make it right. Let us know within seven days of your appointment if you are unhappy with the results and we will book you another appointment. We will chat with you to understand your concerns and work together to find the perfect solution. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to ensuring you love your hair.

Skin Testing (AAT)

All colour services require a skin test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

While we appreciate this may be an inconvenience, it is important we follow the correct safety procedures for your safety and peace of mind of both clients & stylists. Although rare, reactions to hair colour can be serious. There are strict guidelines from manufacturers, insurers, industry bodies around using hair colour.

Everyone must have a skin test – there are no exceptions.
