In order to maintain the integrity of our services and uphold the standards we strive for at Brooklyn's Hair Salon in High Wycombe, we kindly request your attention to our salon policies.
Re-do Policy
We want you to be happy with your hair. Please contact us within seven days if you have any concerns so we can discuss them and arrange an appropriate adjustment.
Please allow us to resolve any concerns before having your hair altered elsewhere. Complimentary adjustments are not offered after another salon has altered our work.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Skin Testing (AAT)
All colour services require a skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment. There are no exceptions. This is essential for your safety and to meet our colour-testing requirements.
Cancellation & Changes
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. With sufficient notice, your booking deposit can be refunded or transferred.
For cancellations or changes within 48 hours, we may retain some or all of your booking deposit to cover our actual loss, taking account of replacement bookings and costs saved.
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend, we may retain your booking deposit to cover our actual loss, up to the full booking deposit amount. You may also be asked to pay in full at the time of booking future appointments.
Booking Deposit
A 50% booking deposit must be paid at the time of booking for all appointments, whether booked online, by phone or in the salon. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received, and your booking deposit is deducted from your final bill.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can consider your circumstances individually and discuss any refund or transfer of your booking deposit.
Late Arrivals
f you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or rearrange your service. If we cannot proceed, the cancellation terms above may apply.
